To reserve a date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the event. We require a $1,000 security deposit that is refundable if the grounds and venue are returned the way they were originally found.

Vendors

You are able to choose your vendors! SMK Agricultural Venue does allow outside vendors as long as they are licensed and insured. Once booked we can provide a list of vendors we have used and love! All caterers must hold insurance and a liquor license if alcohol is served.

Due to the nature of the property and business, SMK Agricultural Venue requires an event coordinator for any wedding and reception over 100 people. You may use any coordinator of your choice.
